Embedded Terminals
About Embedded Terminals
The Dispatcher Paragon Embedded Terminal is a software-based terminal that is integrated into the multifunction device (MFD) and utilizes the MFD’s printer control panel for user input.
The terminal supports all the functions provided by the Dispatcher Paragon print management system. Users can authenticate at the terminal, then manage their Dispatcher Paragon prints, copies, and scans directly at the MFD.
There are two main types of embedded terminals:
-
Native terminals that utilize the MFD printer control panel users are already familiar with.
-
Browser-based terminals that are based on a web platform. These terminals have a contemporary, user-friendly, intuitive interface
Information about compatible devices is available in the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) page on Partner Portal
